A potential candidate, irrespective of his caste, is supposed to have finished plus 2 level education and given the cost of higher education, he will most probably belong to a familly that can afford his education. He will definitely not be an illiterate.So what or who prevents him from getting information? பாட திட்டத்தில் ஒரு பங்காக மேல் கல்வி பற்றி விரிவான செய்திகளை குறிப்பிடலாம். அதுவே போதுமே. வரலாறு என்ற பெயரில் முதலாம் பானிப்பட், இரண்டாம் பானிப்பட் போர் என்று பல வருடங்களுக்கு மாணவர்களை இம்சிப்பதை விட,அவர்களுடைய எதிர்காலத்தை நிர்ணயிக்கிற மேல்கல்வி விபரங்களை குறிப்பிடலாம். உண்மையில் 9ஆம் வகுப்பு வரும் வரை சி.பி.எஸ்.ஐ பள்ளிகள் இருப்பதே தெரியாது. 11 ஆம் வகுப்பு வரை ஐ.ஐ.டி பற்றி தெரியாது.ஆனால் பானிப்பட் போராட்டம் பற்றி எனக்கு தகவல்கள் கொடுக்க பட்டன. நானும் மனப்பாடம் செய்து தேர்வு எழுதி தேர்ச்சி பெற்றேன். உண்மையில் நான் படித்த பல பாடங்கள் எனக்கு உபயோகமாகவே இல்லை. எனக்கு உபயோகபடுகிற விஷயங்கள் பாடதிட்டத்திலும் இல்லை. எனவே , பாட திட்டத்தில் மேல்படிப்பு விப்ரங்களை சேர்த்தாலே போதும். இது மட்டுமில்லை, இன்னமும் பலவழிகளை முயன்றால் கண்டுபிடிக்கலாம். தேவை படுவது ஆர்வம் மட்டுமே.
